MANNA'S LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM –

The Leadership Development Program here at Manna's Martial Arts is held nine (9) months of the year coinsiding with the local academic calendar. The course is designed first to establish the foundations of leadership. In addition to influence skills, character development, goal setting and the process of decision making, This program is a priceless foundation for: Risk Management, Teaching Skills, Business Development and Entrepreneurial Leadership courses.

One hour classes for child and one and half hour for teen/adult meeting on Tuesday nights scheduled through the academic year. Separate Child and Adult Program classes are provided in lecture, interactive, debate and team formats. Programs are both fun and educational. True to the form of Positional Leadership many Leadership Program Members hold senior positions at their rank level.
